Getting to know you
In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Sword. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company. This is a 2-way discussion.
Manager’s interview
Your future Business Unit Director takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. All our directors have technical background, so you can expect technical questions.
Show us your skills
This is the final interview step. We already like who you are and just need to know how good you are in your field. It is also an opportunity for you to meet some of the team.
Final chat
You have successfully completed the entire process, and now we need to decide if we can move forward with a job offer. The Talent Acquisition team and/or the BU Director will be in touch with you shortly.
