GDPR/LPD Compliance
We wish to inform you that the Company operates in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR / EU 679/2016). Therefore, in compliance with Article 13 and 14 of the said General Regulation, we provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data in the context of the collection and management of your CV.
A. Purpose of Processing
The collection and management of your CV and the information contained therein, for the Company and / or the customers of the Company to evaluate your professional qualifications and skills for the available job.
The Company's access to your details to enable you to be contacted for any job vacancies that suit your experience and skills, based on the Needs of the Company.
The legal basis for the above processing is on the one hand your application for the filling of the available job position announced by the Company and on the other hand the legitimate interest of the Company to develop its business a) by receiving CVs and selecting the appropriate candidates, based on its needs b) keeping these data for two years in its database until the recruitment process is completed and / or in case, that a corresponding job is re-created.
B. Processing Time
Your CV as well as additional information that may be collected to fill a job position will be kept in the Company's database for a period of 2 years.
C. Source of information
The Company collects your personal data through
a) the CV, which you have submitted either directly to the Company, or to third-party companies with which the Company cooperates to find staff and
b) the supporting documents that accompany your CV and which you have submitted.
D. Recipients
The recipients of your personal data are the staff and customers of the Company, who may be concerned by the available job position, as well as companies of the group, to which the Company belongs, to assess your qualifications and skills, in relation to the needs of the Company to fill the available job position.
E. Data to Be Processed
Identification Data e.g. name, surname, date of birth, ID/ passport number, VAT number
Data on Marital Status / Fulfillment of Military Obligations e.g. married/unmarried, number of children, fulfilment of military obligations
Contact Data e.g. e-mail address/mailing address, telephone/fax numbers
Data related to past jobs e.g. jobs you have previously held, employers' letters of recommendation
Training data e.g. degrees, certifications
F. Rights in relation to your Personal Data
Right of access to your personal data available and processed by the Company.
Right to rectification of inaccurate or outdated data concerning you or to complete your incomplete data.
Right to delete your data from the Company's records if their processing is not necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they have been collected.
Right to restrict the use of your data in case you dispute its accuracy.
Right to portability (to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used format).
Right to object to the processing of personal data, in accordance with the conditions of the law.
The exercise of the above rights presupposes the submission of a written application to the Company (competent Personnel Directorate) either by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address [contact.tech@sword-group.com], or by mail at [Sword Technologies – Business Park Terre-Bonne, Route de Crassier 7 (Bât A1), 1262 Eysins], for the attention of the competent Directorate.
If you have an objection to the above way, time, and purpose of processing the personal data you have provided to us, please inform us within one month, so that we can delete your information and not to contact you further.
