Job description

The ServiceNow engagement manager is responsible for leading projects from the design to the delivery. He/she works on design activities and also closely with the solution development team, to implement and manage features in Sword customers’ ServiceNow platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery

  • Lead and manage the implementation project team

  • Prepare all client facing deliverables such as project plan and weekly status reports

  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

  • Lead on managed account any new requirements

  • Be involved in global solution design (integrations with external systems)

  • ability providing leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Job requirements

EDUCATION / LANGUAGE

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology,

  • Written and verbal proficiency in English

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • 7 years of experience on ServiceNow

  • Experience in implementation and customization of at least 2 of the main ServiceNow modules core ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, IRM

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

  • ITILv3 certified

  • ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification a plus

  • Global IT understanding (infrastructure, cloud solutions)
