Job description

In order to strengthen our technical teams in Eysins (VD) and to enable the implementation of a level 1 support platform for our customers, we are looking for a ServiceDesk specialist with good knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365, fluent in French and English

Your role and responsibilities:

Within our support team, you will have several missions:

  • Provide level 1 support, maintenance, and troubleshooting (PC, printers, smartphones, etc.) for our clients
  • Take calls and manage incident tickets in our Service Management tools (English and French)
  • Maintain effective communication with other teams as part of a 24/7 service
  • Update operational documentation and propose improvements
  • Participate in deployment, configuration and evolution projects of our customers' IT infrastructures
  • You will also be part of a team for the development and implementation of new product or service.

Job requirements

Your profile:

You have a first experience as a generalist support on Windows systems and the Office suite

You have a B2/C1 in either French and English

  • Knowledge of another European language would be a plus

Rigorous, organized, and structured

Good integration and teamwork skills

You are curious and adept at new technologies: you have the ability to learn new concepts and train on new technologies


You have good knowledges in the following technologies:

  • Office 365
  • Azure
  • Windows 10 
  • Windows Server 2012/2016


Understanding of the following technologies would be an asset:

  • Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online)
  • PowerShell
  • Apple ecosystem (OSX, iPad, iPhone, etc.)
  • Operational experience on network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
