Job description
The ServiceNow engagement manager is responsible for leading projects from the design to the delivery. He/she works on design activities and also closely with the solution development team, to implement and manage features in Sword customers’ ServiceNow platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
Lead and manage the implementation project team
Prepare all client facing deliverables such as project plan and weekly status reports
Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
Lead on managed account any new requirements
Be involved in global solution design (integrations with external systems)
ability providing leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
Hands on

Job requirements
EDUCATION / LANGUAGE
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Written and verbal proficiency in English
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
7 years of experience on ServiceNow
Experience in implementation and customization of at least 2 of the main ServiceNow modules core ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, IRM
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
ITILv3 certified
ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification a plus
Global IT understanding (infrastructure, cloud solutions)
